Retainer/OS comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the system does not work for you, we will refund your full payment, no hard feelings.
But because Retainer/OS is a do-something product, not just an information product, we ask one fair thing in return: show us you did the work.
The Promise
If, within 30 days of purchase, you have:
- Gone through the core modules of Retainer/OS,
- Sent at least 20 outreach messages using the Sniper Outreach scripts,
- And not received a single positive reply or found any value in the system,
then DM us on Instagram at @saurrebh with proof of the messages you sent (screenshots are fine), and we will refund your ₹999 in full, in 5 to 10 business days, back to the original payment method.

How to request a refund
- DM @saurrebh on Instagram within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Open your message with: Refund request, [your full name]
- Send screenshots of the 20+ outreach messages you sent using the scripts.
- Include the email address you used to purchase Retainer/OS so we can match the order.
- We will respond within 48 hours and process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Why we ask for proof
This is not to make refunds difficult. It is to keep the system honest.
The whole product is built on one promise: do the work, get clients. We have seen it work for 200+ operators. When someone says "it didn't work" without doing the work, it isn't actually a test of the system. The proof requirement is what lets us keep the price at ₹999 instead of ₹9,999, and it filters out the very small number of people who just want to copy the templates and ask for their money back.
If you genuinely tried and it didn't work for you, we want to refund you. We also want to know what went wrong so we can improve the system for the next person.
What is not eligible for a refund
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
- Requests where no outreach work was done using the scripts (this is the only requirement).
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us. Please email us first, we will fix it.
Special situations
Duplicate purchase or technical error? Email us within 7 days, no proof required, we will refund the duplicate immediately.
Did not receive access? Check your spam folder for the order confirmation email from your payment processor with the Notion workspace link. If you still cannot find it, DM @saurrebh on Instagram and we will resend within 24 hours.
Wrong product purchased? Email us within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund and help you get the right thing.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, etc.). The actual time the funds appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
